Age and Legal Capacity

Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on bod111. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. bod111 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to the same individual if duplicate accounts are detected, and to withhold any balances held across those accounts pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. bod111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. bod111 may also suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Integrity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. bod111 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used to make deposits. If fraudulent payment activity is suspected, bod111 reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bod111 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the payment provider or the player.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus Abuse

Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed without compensation. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus before accepting it.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bod111 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. bod111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where the bet is placed using funds that are subject to an active bonus requirement, where the odds offered were clearly the result of a system error, or where the stake exceeds a market's maximum permitted limit.

Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event, the settlement of a market in error, evidence of match manipulation or cheating, or technical failures that materially affected the integrity of a game outcome. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bod111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether bod111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bod111's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure that results in the interruption of a game or betting session, bod111 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the session fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets in progress at the time of failure may be voided and stakes returned to the affected player's account.
